Week 1 in Jackson, WY

The guys have been working hard all week and have the crawlspace ready to pour today and another pour on Thursday.  During the first week, a crew of three stacked 4400 sq. ft. of ICF walls to complete the frost walls and basement area.  This project is going to be a residence with a footprint of about 7000 sq. ft. including over 50 corners and later, many 10/12 gables.

Blue 80 Headquarters under construction in Wyoming

Construction is wrapping up in northern Wyoming on the construction of our shop and office here at the Blue 80.  Just in time for what looks like a busy spring, summer and fall season.  The headquarters features all external (and some internal) ICF walls to the rooflines, a geothermal HVAC system, energy efficient doors and windows, radiant floor heating and suspended concrete roof/floor systems.

The guys are heading out in a few days to beautiful Jackson, WY for 6 weeks to do the ICF install on a custom home in the 3 Creek Ranch area.  Check back often for what we hope will be weekly updates and photos on the Jackson job.  The residence will be a larger home, with 10 or more ICF gables and interesting architectural design.
